It would appear as though the lumber industries in the United States and Canada aren't good friends right now as a lumber company in the United States has accused some Canadian companies of underselling the market for hardwood lumber and that there has been a depreciation of those companies' services as a result. A lot of argumentation has occurred on both sides of the border and it would seem that some companies in the United States are also accusing some Canadian companies of offering less impressive wood on purpose which is even worse because it's cheaper.
