Although a number of college students in Greek houses simply don a giant sheet when they decide to go out and be a part of the party scene at their houses, actual Greek clothing was often a tad more elegant with various types of adornments covering the material used and quite a lot of jewelry used as well. The outfits worn over time in Greece did change over time but they were often very baggy on the women and men usually wore clothing that wasn't too distinctive from their female counterparts as everyone seemed to be in draped clothing.
